As products are tested before delivery, TPS Co. Ltd will not accept any return or exchange, the sales are final and non-returnable.

TPS Co. Ltd will not accept item cancellation once an order has been put into production. Down-payments done for services are non-refundable once we have started the project. For any product available ex-stock, you may cancel your order within 48hr. 

At the moment we do not offer a discount for the first order, but we always reward those who come back to shop with us!

A 12-month warranty will apply to electrical fittings (excluding bulbs). The purpose of this warranty is to ensure the proper functioning of devices that have suffered an internal failure (conditions apply). 

All claims must be submitted in writing mentioning the customer’s name, address, telephone number and accompanied by digital photos to hello@popsicle-studio.com. 

Our luminaires must be handled by specialised personnel and installed safely, taking care to disconnect the centralised power supply during the work. 

For delivery within the Mauritian territory limits excluding Rodrigues and other Outer Islands, TPS Ltd commits to deliver the order within 7 to 15 business days. 

For international shipment, please refer to your tracking number provided by our sales department.
